I made Shi during the puppet making classes while attending the stop-motion animation Masters at BAU Centro Universitario de Diseño de Barcelona 2018-2019.

I used aluminium wire and brass tubes for the body and limbs. Arms, hands and legs are replaceable. 

I covered the body with medical tape (which I painted with acrylic) and black latex.

I modelled the head in jumping clay and the eyes were two small beads for bracelets, which I painted with acrylics. The clothes are old textiles I had at home: a few old socks and a piece of towel.
